Workplace Safety System
HEH’s OHS system was developed to meet our customer needs. Project-specific OH&S management plans are developed and implemented to comply with the Government OHS&R Management System Guidelines.

Environmental Management System
HEH’s Environmental Management System (EMS) focuses on all aspects of the environment, including the proper disposal of oils, grease and any other by-product from machinery.

Risk Management System
HEH uses the risk management principles specified by online safety systems, and can provide detail risk management reports and safety inductions on all  equipment. The Company practices risk management in all of our project work through assessing risk on a site-by-site and process-by-process basis.

People Management System
HEH’s People Management System insures the recruitment and retention of the most suitably trained and qualified personnel. Particular emphasis is placed upon the training and employment of local indigenous aboriginal people in all our projects.

Indigenous Persons 
HEH believes it is essential to employee, train, mentor and work with local Indigenous people at its job sites across North Queensland.
