To facilitate the above services, HEH owns and operates a comprehensive range of equipment which is modern, low houred, well maintained and which incorporates the latest in equipment technology including laser guided operation.

Operators
HEH retains an experienced group of skilled machinery operators. As a consequence, clients generally require that the operators accompany the machine. However, HEH does provide machines on a dry hire basis if required

Fleet Management Services
HEH also possesses highly experienced and qualified technical personnel who provide a Fleet management Service to clients. These services can include  machinery maintenance and preventive programs Plant inspection for Work cover compliance Provision of repair and maintenance services for plant through workshops, supporting network services and mobile service units.

 

Personnel

Mark Bird – General Manager / Director
Mark has 20 years experience in earthmoving and civil contracting; he is a co-founder of H.E.H and is a key stakeholder on all H.E.H projects. Mark’s primary responsibility is project finance along with other general management duties.

Rodney Bird – Plant Operations and Maintenance Manager / Director
Rodney is a qualified diesel fitter with 25 years experience in earthmoving and civil contracting; he is a co- founder of H.E.H and is a key stakeholder on all H.E.H projects. Rodney’s primary responsibilities encompass plant maintenance, workshop operations and operational plant inspection practices.

Luke Bird – Major Contracts and Projects Manager / Director
Luke has a degree in commerce and has 9 years experience in earthmoving and civil contracting; he is a co-founder of H.E.H and is a key stakeholder on all H.E.H projects. Luke’s primary responsibilities are contract tendering, project planning & management, and new business development.

Robert Perkins - Technical Supervisor
Robbie has over 25 years experience in local government civil works. Robbie's primary reponsibility is technical support, project methodology and costing.

Keely Macmillan – HSEQ 
Keely has had 10 years experience in commercial civil construction; her role in HEH is to manage, review and provide management with information on all OHS, environmental and quality systems.
